Express Energy has partnered with Fidelity Express offering our customers the convenience to pay their bill in cash at select locations.

• Enter your zip code below and select a location where you can make a payment on your account. Please Note: if you are subject for disconnection you will need to pay the full amount to stop the disconnection or get reconnected unless you have previously established a payment arrangement with Express Energy.


• At the location you will fill out a form with your information (name, account number, phone number, who you are paying and the amount).
